Shipping
- Books are shipped by Brothers Jones Publishing or a designated fulfillment partner.
- Available shipping destinations and methods are shown during checkout and may change over time.
- Shipping costs are shown during checkout based on the available method and order quantity.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for verifying the shipping address before submitting an order.
- Signed and personalized books may require additional processing time.
Standard physical orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days. Signed or personalized orders are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
International Orders
When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees, and other charges assessed by their country or delivery provider.
Digital Products
Ebooks are delivered electronically after successful payment verification. Ebook purchases generally cannot be returned after download unless required by law or the file is defective and cannot be reasonably replaced.
Returns and Replacements
Personalized products are generally nonreturnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. Standard physical returns, refunds, or replacements are reviewed individually.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect orders should be reported within 14 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs where applicable.
Contact order support before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Approved refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Carrier delays are outside the publisher’s direct control. Brothers Jones Publishing will help review tracking and available carrier remedies but cannot guarantee replacement in every circumstance.
