Website Use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, accounts, checkout, forms, or intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

Books, excerpts, artwork, characters, worlds, lore, trademarks, logos, site text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Brothers Jones Publishing unless otherwise stated. No license is granted except the limited right to access the website and use purchased products as permitted.

Account and Checkout Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, personalization, and order information. You are responsible for reviewing spelling and address details before submission.

Products, Availability, and Pricing

Products, formats, inventory, prices, discounts, bundles, preorders, limited editions, and merchandise may change without notice. Displaying a product does not guarantee availability. Obvious pricing or configuration errors may be corrected.

Order Acceptance and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. Brothers Jones Publishing may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including for inventory, fraud, payment, shipping, personalization, legal, or technical reasons. Payment is processed through Stripe or another disclosed provider.

Digital Products

Ebooks and other digital products are licensed for personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, uploaded, shared publicly, or used to create unauthorized derivative products.

Personalization

Personalization wording may be adjusted for length, legibility, safety, suitability, or space. Requests that are unlawful, abusive, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate may be declined.

Shipping and International Duties

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs, brokerage, and import fees. See Shipping and Returns.

Refunds

Digital, personalized, damaged, defective, and incorrect orders are handled under the Shipping and Returns policy and applicable law.

User Submissions

Messages, reviews, inquiries, personalization requests, or other submissions must not violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware, impersonate others, or contain prohibited content. Submission of a message does not create a confidential, fiduciary, agency, employment, or publishing relationship.

External Services

The site may rely on Stripe, GoHighLevel, WooCommerce or similar store systems, hosting, shipping, analytics, email, social media, or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brothers Jones Publishing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, third-party services, delayed carriers, or inability to access content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
